I want to unlock ghost for this game but there no vault pack or anything so is there a way to unlock him with chalanges or it is impossible?(I'm still new to this game and I'm dumb so yea.)
There is no way to unlock and for ur own safety just delete the game

No, there is no legitimate way to obtain Ghost as an operator for free. In order to unlock Ghost as an operator, you must purchase a bundle containing an operator skin for Ghost. Note that, since Ghost was added post launch, he does not have a base operator skin that is unlocked for free. If you purchase an operator skin for Ghost, you will only be able to use that operator skin with him. The pictured Jawbone operator skin was only obtainable by purchasing the MW (2019) Season 2 battle pass or by preordering MWII (2022)’s Vault Edition, neither of which are available anymore. This means that it is no longer possible to obtain the pictured operator skin for Ghost.
