Hello, please help!!! I have just upgrade from 13900k to 14900ks and clock speed is 5,4 even if temps are low (55 degrees) if the cpu utilization is low the clock speed goes up to 5,6. I have a gigabyte z790 aorus master and it is set to perf drive optimization. If Inset to intel default clock soeed is 5,1. With 13900k clock speed never went down below 5,5. I have reset bios and I have ultimate performance in windows. What should I do? Cinebench R23 score is 38500, a little low. Thanks for your help!!!
