They should fix their game first
People act stupid when they read "There is no wrong way to play". Like, do you guys think that its okay to cheat then as well? Obviously its not okay to just farm stars. The ban is deserved, but the the ban should not be 1 year. Accept the penalty. You guys are the ones who always says "Cheaters ruin the game", but yet you still find ways around the initial way to get stars = cheating. OBS. this is not meant to you heyzeus, its just to the "banned" people. Good video as always 🙂

I honestly think its a fair ban, thats like doing the "Chase Money Glitch" and not getting charged with fraud and being able to keep all the money that u took. The reason why Anomaly might have not been banned is probably because he never spent the credits or maybe just valve employees like him.

My problem is the silence from Valve until suddenly banning everyone – they could very easily have tweeted within hours of the word getting around that "we've become aware of an exploit being abused – this is against our ToS & anyone using this exploit risks a ban." That would have prevented a lot of people from taking the chance in the first place, and would make a 1yr ban fair punishment for anyone knowingly exploiting. It would also limit the number of accounts to roll back, making that a viable solution.
It's fundamentally wrong to stay silent on an issue that's being openly discussed in the community, wait until more players get involved because you've said nothing, only to then swoop in & say "actually, it IS against the rules – everyone gets banned". Sure, you could argue that people fucked around & found out… but when Valve tells players that "there's no wrong way to play" then it's incumbent on Valve to warn paying customers that they've changed their mind on that specific issue so players can avoid it.

And I like almost all these streamers/ youtubers that were banned, but they show their hubris thinking that nothing's gunna happen when they exploit and gloat that nothing's going to happen, I'm gunna have a good time laughing at their dumb asses. And so is the whole community.

I mean, this is just valves fault….. They should never droped this so called opreation in the first place when they even havent fixed the game properly. Also they should never dropped Cs2 without proper testing, they use us as test bunnys and now people getting banned for theire mistakes. Its still cheaters and tons of bugs after almost over a year… I am so glad i stopped playing Cs when Cs2 dropped.

if you spend the stars that you get from exploit , valve will band you, anomaly did not spend the stars yet.if he use it he will get banned. anomaly hanging on thin threads for sure

It should’ve been permeant and don’t come crying about other issues because that does not make what these streamers did any less wrong. If you encounter a bug or exploit you should report it immediately and not use it, not show it to hundreds to thousands of live viewers. Why should exploiters who knowingly and brazenly show the exploit be given light sentences? That doesn’t seem like a defense heyzues
