Has anyone discovered this item before? It's the first time I've seen it in my game and I've never seen it show up in any Easter egg guides. Anyone know what it is or what it's for? It doesn't show in your inventory after picking it up.

It’s an audio recording. Pick it up and take it to a gramophone to play it.
Those are recordings. I know there is another at the mausoleum where you do the orange lantern step.
