One of these days. The underdog will overthrow Nintendo and put them in their place and the entire copyright law about ownership and licensing of games.
But I feel its not this man. Still I feel Nintendo is in the wrong majority of the times but they have trillions of Stockholders $ and investor money to cover any and all legalese to a point they seem unstoppable.
There is only a couple of Legal loopholes I could see happening but they are all circumstantial in way of Consumerism. Which is iffy at best.
