I’m sorry but I have to throw this out there because the idea is too funny. I know all the Cortana and Sarah Palmer simps out there would cream if it happened, but imagine bringing a dating element to Halo like Mass Effect or Baldurs Gate
Halo Infinite was my last chance to Halo. The last time I enjoyed halo was Halo 4, and even then, it didn't feel like halo. I've been playing since 2009, and I've LASO'd the entirety of the mainline titles (CE, 2, 3, ODST, Wars, Reach, 4, 5, Wars 2, Infinite). Halo used to be an obsession of mine, now it's taken a back seat to games like Skyrim (with the Nolvus modpack), and Crossout.
Microsoft, I'll give one last chance, but it WILL be my last before I abandon all halos after Reach should it go poorly.

If the multiplayer customization is 90% paid cosmetics I’m not playing the multiplayer and neither should really anyone in my opinion. Games don’t need to be this way.
Zero hope for whatever they put out. Its the same studio under a different name, theres no chance the leadership has changed, and they'll still skimp out on having long term devs with expirence and devotion in favor of overseas contractors

slapping a new name on an incompetent team won't suddenly make them competent. Microsoft needs to disband the studio and outsource future Halo development to have any hope for the series.

I dont know…. Halo Infinite was definitely better than 5 but its complicated. I would say Halo Infinite is a great game just not a great HALO game. Halo holds tremendous value to us and it just felt rushed
Especially in the campaign. The campaign is arguably the most important piece of a Halo game and while the campaign was good, it didnt last anywhere near long enough.
As good as it looks, the story of halo should’ve ended at 3, and if 343 did want to keep it going it was ok to end at 4
Until you see gameplay… you don’t know… don’t give them the benefit of the doubt because they have not delivered, the only time 343 delivered was when bungie was the captain

the fact they only showed visual improvement tells me its the same as the old 343, focusing on the superficial and not what made halo the franchise it was, the gameplay..
it would be kinda cool if we get a halo game with all destiny 2 graphics (made by bungie obviously)
