“Out of video memory” for certain games. There seems to be no solving this issue as so far i have tried to search on Reddit because a lot of nice PC builds are having the same issues.. this is what I’m looking at in my bios.. I don’t get why I cannot play Hogwarts legacy, remnant 2 and a few others

This was the error I would receive with my i9 14th gen Intel processor with certain games. I would recommend you update your motherboards bios.

  2. The “Out of video Memory” is one of the most common symptom of the Intel 13 and 14th gen self destructing.

Due to several issues, those CPUs degrade very fast to the point where some workloads will bug.

Fortunately, Intel (finally) aknowledged the issue and you can send your to RMA and get another one.

Also, look to update your BIOS. The last updates miditage the issue.

Note: Updating the BIOS will only help reducing the degradation. What damage have been done, is done.

can i ask why you felt a picture of UEFI BIOS would aid in diagnosis?

one of the last few microcode updates intel popped out mentioned this.

go to asus’ website and download a current bios and flash it.
