Please don’t hate the devs cuz they’re not the root of the problem.

I know that everyone is frustrated about the collaboration and other issues, but please don't blame the developers. I know many of them love the game very much and want it to prosper. This hatred toward them only makes them unwilling to contribute more to the game.

The actual root of the problem is the deceptive marketing team and the higher-ups. They are the ones who decide what goes into the game and what doesn't fit their criteria.

All I'm saying is that hating on someone who doesn't get to see their family often and works overtime won't fix a problem caused by their bosses. Most developers in the gaming industry get shut down for having bright ideas that could help the games they love, similar to a parent-child relationship where their bosses don't see them bringing in any profits.

Yes, the higher-ups don't care about the player base or the health of the game. All they care about are profits and how much money they generate.

So, please don't blame the developers for something they don't have control over.

Well said for real but sadly it’s kinda hard to support the devs since they don’t go against Activision’s marketing and treatment to their fanbase.

  2. Do you have the higher-ups’ contacts by any chance? Because I sure as hell don’t. One of my few ways to interact with the people on the codm team is this platform and I will sure as f use it to get their attention

I always supported this game, financially and verbally but what is happening right now is just plain disrespect and mockery. All they do is bombard us with broken weapons and items and when they actually create something nice they tease us with it for weeks AND THEN SHOW US THE MIDDLE FINGER

It needs to stop and you should help us instead of supporting this clownery

True story. There’s a lot of corporate BS that comes along with CoD. We’re talking HUGE $$$.

Blame tencent and Timi, they’re the ones who decide on CoDM

I don’t think that it were higher-ups who are responsible for lets say “questionable” decisions like removal of pfps and I still hold a pretty big grudge for it. Though I think that it’s correct that the management are the ones to be blamed for many things, and they are also the ones whom we need to make to hear our voice.

The game needs a community manager, someone to sit side by side with the higher ups, and voice what the community wants in the game. N hopes they would listen and be able to see the money they would gain from the community.
