I mean it is a 1 shot with a slow reload time so the damage is going to have to be strong so it’s not useless.

It’s a one shot attachment (The M30 is actually a triple barrel shotgun) based on a real weapon that has two buckshot barrels and a rifle bullet barrel. It only gets a one-shot to the chest and head so imo it’s very balanced because it takes great skill to use.
