Aim arenas most likely. Just another thing they’re trying to add back from CS:GO
CS2 handles maps a bit differently; Multiple maps can be loaded at once. For example, the team picking characters and UI elements are completely in it’s own map, that’s loaded on top of the regular map. So the “minigame” is most likely just aim arena during warmup period.

“refrag esque practice modes” how about you just play refrag, why must you need Valve to spoon feed you these things?
