I don’t play SS, but I’d be cool with an obscure character. Most comic games stick to the same characters every time, so this is kind of neat. That Marvel Rivals games has a few oddballs too, which is cool.

Them doing an obscure character is at least far better than them doing weird fanfiction versions of characters they’ve done for the more well known heroes. Plus the character is already a mostly blank slate allowing them to put their own spin on the character without absolutely murdering the original character in the process.
Edit: That said, they apparently made her a… streamer? So even with a mostly blank slate of “Deadshots daughter with a slightly better moral compass” they still found a way to kill the character.
