This rage hacker (full auto at any distance, no recoil, etc.) just killed me and he has only 1 game ever played. How did he not get flagged for review automatically after his first game? (5 of the 22 kills were humans, but that should have still been an automatic flag)

Based on my experience somebody has to be reported 3-4 times to be banned. If only you reported him then he can’t be banned.
Because anticheat in this game doesn’t exist.
