Looks like you lost. Thats something that used to happen in older zombies.

Manglers can push the helo around or even cause the helo to get stuck if they’re touching it when it tries to take off. Usually killing the Mangler fixes the problem, but it looks like the nose of the helicopter got forced underground making it permanently stuck.
