NOTE: I have a 5800x3D and I didn’t get the chance to test it on my hardware but the gains are not that negligeable. It seems that this [update](https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=KB5041587) (KB5041587) mitigates some of the performance impact on specter and meltdown patches on AMD CPUs, done a few years prior. I also don’t know if Windows 10 users are affected by this.
