Where to start with my RAM?

Hi all. So I got two sticks of this Kingston Fury Beast 3600MTs CL18: https://imgur.com/a/cuMKEhI,

and they are running on a Gigabyte B550M DS3H AC rev1.5 motherboard with a Ryzen 7 5700x (B2 stepping).
The CPU is running with PBO and CO -23 all core.
I would like to try overclocking the memory even though if I understood correctly Ryzen can't run above certain speeds, so just looking for general advice on where to start and how.
