The last time I truly enjoyed a Bethesda developed game.

Oblivion on a modern pc is great

I really should get back into Oblivion, it’s a lot of fun though last time I played it I levelled incorrectly and made the game impossible to beat
SleepTakeMe
for me, it’s fromsoft, half-life, and sleeping pills

This might be the “coziest” fantasy RPG of all time

Still hear that Menu music in my head and remember the whole opening like it’s my own life.
My only wish is that the 360 would’ve been given a better draw distance. It still feels like a missed opportunity going up to the mountains and looking out over the region only for it to be flat and undetailed. Even just rereleasing it for modern consoles with mod support would be enough for me (also still hoping to see Skywind and Skyblivion on console someday somehow.)

Oblivion is easily in my top 3 titles ever played. Endless replay value with that game.

My favorite Elder Scrolls. What I wouldn’t give for any one of the Skyrim re-releases to have been an Oblivion re-release instead

Enjoy your escapism to a different realm for a while, friend. Ill be joining in that soon myself.

I skipped oblivion but loved morrowind and Skyrim. How does it compare?

I haven’t touched Oblivion since Skyrim came out, maybe one day I’ll download it again.
