V’s cyberware was also shut down, that’s why it’s so dangerous.

I just did it once and told me never again then i reminded myself that i need a new playthrough for all 4 phantom liberty ending (i dont save and reload not my style)

Being infected by Blackwall AI and having V’s implants disabled doesn’t explain why i can’t penetrate it with Widow Maker though

Worst part of the dlc. When I played it shortly after release it was horribly bugged so you either got insta killed at random times or the bot did nothing and the quest just broke. I had more trouble with this part of the quest than with the rest of the game and even after the base game released.
