They were going to bring it back for MW 2019 but iirc, they didn’t want it to clash with MW 2019’s more gritty and grounded focus

While I absolutely agree, its kinda hard to continue the mode without the head visionary Lee Ross leading the charge and the unfortunate passing of Paul Reubens aka Willard Wyler
