What case is that?
The knights helmet above the screen seems out of place, and the PC is blocking a framed picture, I think it’s too much crowded together. Do you need the 3rd monitor on the right? If so consider an arm to raise it off the desk. Do you need your PC on the desk? If not mount it under the desk. Add some plants on the wall, and honestly at the extreme I’d think about a new desk.
