Need help linking my socials. Every option just gives me this pop up. Suggestions?

I played a couple years back on another device. Just downloaded on my new phone, and I’m unable to link any of the social options (activation, Facebook, Apple) need any tips on fixing this if possible.

I think I’m playing on a guest account? It has saved my data and progression from before so I’m not entirely sure. Thanks in advanc
