To the new players here: yes, shooting someone in the arms is a one-shot with the AWP.
(And it might look like Elige is already around the corner in this clip. That’s because the clip you are seeing was recorded from the spectator mode and has a few milliseconds of desync which can become apparent in such narrow situations. Hopefully that gets fixed one day, but it has been around since CS:GO…)
