7900x at 95c - Is it my cooler or something else?

I just set up this system for myself a couple of days ago. Relevant specs are:

Ryzen 7900x
Strix B650EF
T-Force Delta 6000MT/s CL30
DeepCool LT360 AIO (installed on top).

Case has plenty of fresh air coming in (View 71 with 5 intake fans and 4 exhaust). Ambient is about 28c.

I set CO to -27 on all cores. That's all. The following are the temps I get with OCCT:

Am I doing something wrong? Or is my cooler not working properly?
