Weapon designs look outdated and cheap imo.

As someone who keeps up to date with modern day weaponry, I can't help but feel as though the weapons in this game are out of date both aesthetically and technologically. I find myself looking at the weapons while playing and feeling as though they could benefit from an update. The red dot sight in this game is literally based on a cheap $20 airsoft sight that would break almost instantly if you tried to use it in a real armed conflict. The laser sight foregrip looks cheap as well, would love to have a real PEQ-15/ATP device that goes onto the top picatinny rail for rifles and smgs.

A lot of the combat rifles (ARs) in this game also tend to come with long barrels which isn't bad but a short barrel option for people who want to modify their weapons for CQB would be cool to have. Overall, I just think that the devs should consider adding new weapon mods and/or changing the current weapon mods in this game to make them look more modern day and less cheap. Could definitely see myself playing more often if the guns in PUBG looked like the guns in Tarkov or the guns from COD MW 2019.

Side note: The MP9 in this game is not accurate in its design. The MP9 only uses a very specific suppressor made by B&T whereas the one in game is just a default model suppressor design slapped onto the gun and not only that, but those little notches showing on the barrel are what keeps the suppressor in place. Since those notches are visible, that implies that the suppressor is not screwed on properly and is essentially just magically floating in front of the gun. I added a picture of my personally owned TP9 (semi auto only version of the MP9) for an example of how it's supposed to look. If you read all of this, thank you 😁
