All the hyper focus here around GPUs bores me as well. I’m way more impressed with a storage build than some RGB gaming PC with one GPU. I’m working on a personal build with 8x22TB HDDs, and I have a NAS with 24x 12TB HDDs. The sound of them spinning up is music to my ears.

I think nowdays GPUs are all the same: if you read comparisons on userbenchmark you can easily read that modern GPUs have just a few % of difference in performances, most important variables are: which one has best performance/cost, and which OS you use: as a Linux player i prefer AMD for compatibility and great driver’s performance management. This is why i believe spending (for example) 400euro now for a GPU to spend 500euro later for another “””better””” is useless, it’s important to spend the right money when there’s a good discount to buy “an investment”. Surely all those HDDs can setup a great server tho. 😀
