I did a search for the i7-13700HX which seems to be a rebranded i9 12 gen, so hopefully should be fine.
Just in case, do some more research on your own.
My recommendation is to stay clear of intel for now. If your main goal is gaming than the AMD CPUs with x3d in them are the best. For example the 7800x3d
Edit: sorry, the 7800x3d is for desktop. For laptops you can go with the 7945HX3D

the laptop is good for cs, the price is bad, get x3D cpu from amd for games, is cheaper and better, and if want to spend that much you can find a better gpu, for 3k you can build an entire setup, pc monitor keyboard mouse…, but if you need to move around get a laptop, dont pay 3k for that laptop look for better stuff for that 3k budget
