Recently, I discovered that my PUBG account was hacked by an unknown user from a different country (Middle East), who abused my account using exploits and other tools, resulting in a 10-year ban. For the past few days, I’ve been trying to reach out to Tencent Games and the PUBG mods. I’ve sent emails and tried everything, but I haven’t received a proper response where they review my account, even though I wasn’t the one responsible for the hacks or exploits.
I’ve been playing PUBG for 5 years and have never used cheats or exploits. I’ve explained this repeatedly via email, but PUBG support isn’t addressing my situation. Every time I try to log in via Twitter or email, I get a message saying that I violated PUBG’s terms and agreements, leading to the 10-year ban, even though the hacker was the one who caused this.
The hacker changed my character’s appearance, username, country region, and played on Middle East servers using cheats, when I play on Noth American servers, which ultimately got my account banned. I have provided PUBG with evidence, including screenshots from my friend who checked my profile, but they still aren’t acknowledging the situation. The last time I played was on 08/18/24 until I got hacked unknowingly and banned starting on 08/19/24 and my account started playing Middle East servers.
I’ve come to Reddit to seek help, as I feel like I’m out of options and desperately need assistance to get my account unbanned. I haven’t done anything wrong, and it’s frustrating to be punished for something I didn’t do.

I have more screenshots of proof of my account’s appearance and profile details changed also, including the servers played but Reddit doesn’t not allow me to add more pictures more then 1.
Did you give out your details on a suspicious website that claim to give you free mythics/x-suits etc? That might be why your account was hacked. I’ve had a friend’s account get banned for 10 years for this reason. It was hacked and then used for cheating. I suggest that you contact them through customer service at the login page and send them whatever details they ask for. But in most cases like this, even if a hacker did use your account for cheating and that it wasn’t you who did it, you’d still have to bear the consequences.
