Buy a better mainboard, like the Z790 Strix, Z790 Aorus Master or Z790 Carbon

Lol, your i5 doesn’t have the same power draw capability as the I9. Everyone is UNDERCLOCKING these trying to avoid the intel controller from burning out the chips. If you over clock this thing you will start to see your performance decline.
Also, it’s a 13900K, and you paired it with a H670, what were you expecting?
