  1. Denuvo got removed this patch if that’s of any consequence.

I’ve been waiting for it to be fixed before I jump in. I enjoyed the prior one quite a bit.

Remove shitty DRM, performance improves. Huh.

Does this mean it won’t crash on steamdeck anymore?

Were FPS even an issue? FPS don’t say much about stuttering which was the biggest issue from what I heard.

Yea still struggles on steam deck for me.
It crashed like 2-3 times on low with everything else off.

So maybe better on my real pc but not deck yet

HOLY SHIT. And i said that someone should do the comparison and someone told me that was an engine failure, not denuvo. LOL. Now I know that for every denuvo game I’ll buy for PS5 and not for my gaming laptop, even tho probably it’s more expensive (even tho my laptop can’t handle new AAA games).

I played it on PS5 earlier this year and it ran smoothly.

It’s not fixed, that’s a wild exaggeration. The stutter is still there, it’s just with better systems it’s far less “perceivable”. Something to definitely applaud the devs for but of course these issues shouldn’t have plagued the PC release from the very beginning.

Those on lower end systems will notice an improvement but the stutter will still be very extremely obvious.

Also the game still includes a broken-ass version of both DLSS and DLSS Frame-gen. You still have to replace them manually which is ridiculous.
