60hz is more than enough if your friend isn’t hyper competitive

60hz is still good for me, I know if I buy something “better” I will get used to that and won’t be able to go back so I will need to spend more on my PC to play the same games at the same graphics settings. Also I like to use vsync so it locks at 60, wouldn’t work for me if it locks to 144. So yeah different tastes and choices, my setup will last me a long time.

You see, I’d be that friend. Cause right now I have a very small monitor. And I dunno what I would upgrade to. So I’d buy whatever’s the cheapest. lol

It’s one thing that always bothers me.
I’m reachable, almost 24/7 and respond within a couple of hours, or a day in almost all cases, and know a good chunk about PC’s.
Yet whenever that one friend makes a HUGE purchase, not a single fucking message.
She discussed if a SSD would fit her PC about 3 Hours last time, where i assured her that it would, since she has the matching slots, and then helped her install it.
Then she bought a Minecraft server, from the worst fucking host i’ve used in QUITE some time, with 12GB of Ram, for a full on year.
