The number of people I see/hear losing their shit in chat… Like cmon just call it a night. You clearly won’t be performing at your best when you’re raging and it’s definitely not fun for anyone else.

I always feel like a quitter when I do this.
…but I have a big backlog so I do it anyway. If I spend more than 30 minutes feeling more like I’m doing a chore than having fun, it’s getting uninstalled.

I stopped trying to git gud at R6S for this reason alone. Sometimes playing it was fun, but trying to get back into the game just to get steamrolled every single match wasn’t fun at all so I stopped playing and haven’t touched it in a few years. I don’t seem to be missing out on much anyway.

Multiplayer is easy to quit but singleplayer can haunt you until you finish the game

Like me and geometry dash. I just have some weird thing in places where I subconsciously play less and less the more I’m burnt out with it. At some point I’ll stop till I recharge. Then, the game is suddenly fun again.
