Dissapointing 13700k performance at 400W. Will try delidding & direct-die some day but I think I just have bad sample 5.8p 4.5e 1.55v. For the meantime already hitting 102c and at 400W this cooler is basically maxed out.

What cooler are you using? My 360 aio maxes around 290-300, i need what you have.
Also 5.8 all core in cinebench on a 13700k is highly unlikely. You need a golden bin i9 for that, and direct die custom loop
