Is this a joke about noone getting banned or did they actually remove this box? Cause i have not gotten it for the entire time cs2 has been out

What is the point of banning cheaters when once banned they will already be back cheating under different account that cost $5 and has a prime status? Pointless to ban them and let them ruin games again and again, no?
What Valve’s anti-cheat needs is to do is to prevent them from coming back. Hardware ban just like Vanguard does, on motherboard’s TPM and it will be a GAME OVER for bad actors.

Played two games recently (premier) and both had multiple spinbotters. Both games were cancelled and offender “received a cool down”.
