Welp I kinda answered half my question, on the Too high thing. I seem to experience really bad Hitching and High Frametimes when on Higher Sample Rates.

Go for max bit and 48k because most games and windows are in 48k going above wont make diffirence

You will not ever hear the difference higher than 44k if you are a human being.

If i recall right most sample on 44k, so you can put it higher in windows but it will just be more work for the cpu to convert it back

most programs and games use 48khz so just go for 24bit 48k studio

24/48 unless you get glitches, then drop to 16/44. It’s still high quality and (far) more than enough for gaming.
