my PC restarts when overclocking

I need help, I don't know what's happening when overclocking my CPU. When I go to vddcr cpu voltage override and put 1.35v to 1.37v my PC turns off at the Windows login screen and restarts. When I put it to 1.50v it worked but crashing a lot, I went to see and the processor didn't go beyond 2.5ghz. I overclocked through this link: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=fivjtvMEZcM My PC configuration is: motherboard: tuf gaming x570 br plus BIOS version 5013. Processor: Ryzen 7 5700g. RAM: 2ร—8 Kingston fury beast ddr4 cl16 3200mhz. Video card: rx 6900xt tuf gaming Power supply: XPG Core Reactor, 750W, 80 Plus Gold, Modular

  1. If you’re crashing when overclocking, you’re not stable. Simple as that. Doesn’t matter the frequency you’re at, stability issues can happen due to the voltage not being enough (or being too much) at any point in the clock curve, or just your silicon can’t handle it (or the temps).
