Basically this is the second time the game has messed up on me during zombies and both times I’ve lost my entire loot and gear, including items that were part of the battle pass which I paid for including the Blackcell upgrade… I emailed support and the pretty much said they’re not going to reimburse anything or recover lost gear/items and all that will happen is they will try to improve future games.
Safe to say that from now on, the only think coming with me into Zombies is my insured weapon and nothing else. I’m super salty about it I won’t lie…. Nothing more annoying as a gamer than having an hour wasted due to a bug and having nothing to show for it and no fall back.

this has happened to me in zombies, warzone, and multiplayer more than once, usually right after the enemy get fucked out of their 20 bomb by my career ending vengeance.
