New movement bug since last update? Was completely stopped from moving by a nade when in molly

    Happened yesterday and made me rage so I thought to see if anyone experienced this also? You can see my player slowing down from eating a nade, but then it just stopped moving completely for a second although I was still holding w. You can see at the end I get unstuck and start moving before dying.

  2. Sometimes you just get blocked by something invisible even when running on flat ground, lmao. And that’s nothing new in CS2. 🙁

    If it’s the grenade tagging that’s forcing you to drop to zero velocity, it should be pretty easily replicable. I can try and test it after work but I’m going to assume if this is a result of the new tagging update then it’s not just you that is experiencing this and there should be more info on it sooner than later.

    this entire game is movement bugs. i cant even take 2 bullets from a mac before stopping in my tracks and that was before this update. i just dont understand how something like that can poossibly escape playtesting when its so damn obvious. also, if someone could tell me how to replicate the stopping effect, that would be appreciated. cant figure it out.

    Holy shit, I was hit by a smoke yesterday and the same thing happened, I started moving at 1 inch per second

  9. Nades and other equipment make you stop moving when they hit you or you stand in them and get damaged except for molly fire

  10. Yeah, didn’t realize this at the time but I got hit in the head by a grenade while running and it completely stopped me dead in my tracks… I completely ate the nade

  11. From time to time my jumps are not registered too.

    I have to press the spacebar for a pretty long time for the jump to register. Really annoying

  12. Pretty ballsy to try to run through this molly+nade combo regardless. Maybe the made hit you directly? That stops all movement.
