They hired a firm of Indians to do overwatch cases. The problem with letting the public do it was that the data was tainted by bad guys. This is probably just one of the people who can do it. It’s been a thing for months now.

i dont think cs even does need overwatch anymore its 99.99% of the times a cheater playing isnt even fun and rewarding anymore so i dont think they added this feature, at least for everyone
