If anyone wants to go off-meta, the build is:
- Quartermaster Suppressor
- Bruen Bastion Angled Grip
- Schlager ULO-66 Laser (use the Kimura if you don't mind visible lasers)
- Collapsed stock
- 60 round mag
You have to land at least 1 headshot, but if you do it has a competitive (Superi-level basically) TTK. Good movement and handling speeds compared to most MW2 guns, and the tac spread is very solid (and tac stance compensates for a lot of the visual recoil issues MW2 SMGs have).
It's fun and actually viable, although definitely not meta or close.
