Maybe you could mount the speakers on the wall somehow? Also a second monitor would be nice. You could add shelving on the wall behind your monitor too.
And more decorations.

Nice setup, the Topping DAC and amp look great mounted under the desk. I agree that a shelf above the monitor would add some balance.
