Amd has:
FSR- DLSS competitor, more open and therefore far superior
MotionFrame- DLSS 3 frame insertion competitor, actually considered different tech to fsr unlike what Nvidia does
FreeSync- once again, more open than GSync to the point where every GSync display is FreeSync compatible. Includes the reflex competitor, which is essentially a frame latency reduction by making the buffer last one frame
Ray tracing- frankly nvidia probably still beats amd at ray tracing for now, but that’s due to hardware; software it’s both dx12 or Vulkan
AI (pre AI marketing) noise cancellation- competitor to the RTX voice thing, except it’s far more buggy and doesn’t have nearly as good sound quality
Adrenalin Edition- one software to control it all, better than the 2 system solution with Nvidia although if the software crashes it often resets overclocking settings. Oh yeah and the software has fine control on overclocking GPU and even amd CPU a bit, Nvidias solution in GeForce experience is much more limited where MSI afterburner is still preferred.
Recording/shadow play equivelants- all that Nvidia has except with instant gif too, and a bit more control on live streaming overlays, and YouTube uploading functionality that doesn’t work because Google made amd’s gcloud project no longer function (Google is an absolute pain, please someone make a competitor to YouTube)
Monitor blocking tech that allows the person viewing the screen to only see it, by using a camera to track eyes and blocking out where they aren’t looking, using some AI/ML model or something. It’s slow and mostly impractical, but maybe for a confidential work computer it’s pretty good. Nvidia has no competing equivelant to this, it’s the only consumer end software amd doesn’t have competition for (that and old VR integration thats pointless)
