I love you Cold War. I love you when the sun rises and the moon falls. When everyone else casts you aside I will be there for you. When you need me I’ll be by your side.

When you have been forgotten a decade from now, I’ll still be there, even if it’s just me. I will always love you. No one gets you like me, and no one gets me like you. 4 years you’ve been there for me, and I will return the favor for millennia to come. Through all the community hate, all the glitches, the game crashes, bugs, bad seasons, low player counts and slow map releases, my love has never faltered even for a moment. I still remember my first time glitching out of Die Maschine, walking across the top of the bunker and getting under the plane wing. Or picking up the ray-k for the very first time. Or seeing the town on forsaken, I think that part never gets old, even though it’s reused campaign assets. Or the countless days I’ve spent doing the maur der toten eater egg. Remember er when we did the super EE together? That underground missile facility was absolutely stunning. I love you, Cold War. Thank you, Cold War.
