GeForce now is really not recommended for fast paced games or eSports titles due to their reliance on a strong internet connection. What you are seeing is likely a compression artifact.
GeForce now basically plays the game on someone else’s computer and livestreams it to you. The client (your computer) then records what buttons you press and sends it to the GeForce computer. That’s a long distance to travel for a lot of data. To reduce the amount of data being transferred the GeForce computer uses an algorithm to try and strip out as much data as possible before sending it. However sometimes the algorithm gets it wrong and strips out data you want to have, resulting in things like that black line. The only way to fix it is to play the game locally without using a remote service like GeForce Now
