I ordered a Twisted Minds hoodie exactly one month ago and it’s still not sent. I didn’t get an answer from their support. Last time someone from TM answered me here, so I’m trying my luck.

I ordered the aquadream hoodie from their shop on June 28th. Mind you, I paid an extra 25€ to get it delivered to France.

This is the state of my order since then :

I sent a message to their support 3 days ago, not a single answer.

Last time I asked on this sub see here, someone from Twisted Minds took the time to answer. So I'm trying my luck again.

Mods, I'd understand the removal of my post, do so if you think it doesn't fit. I just don't know where to ask for help.
