Just built my new PC R7 7800X3D, RTX4080S and Coraair dominator titanium 6000mhz cl30 sticks and I got the XMP version. The XMP version works when XMP is enabled, however my PC does freeze at times randomly like after closing a game etc. so I followed Buildzoids video and set the timings
So I’ve attached a screenshot of my current speeds and the XMP speeds, can anyone tell me which timings are better?

Also is there any chance that my current timings can lower performance in games?

Your soc voltage is way too high. You shouldn’t need more than 1.15v. Also you could get way more out of these if you bumped memory voltage to 1.45v
