FPS stuttering

First thing is first, my pc build has a 4070 super, Ryzen 7 7700x, AOI cooler, 32 gb ram from G.skill and asrock B650m motherboard. Ever since I built my pc (about a month ago) I have been having issues with fps stuttering. This happens in every single game I play, specially Eldin Ring and Warzone. When I first turn my pc on this issue is not present, but with time it starts to become more notorious(about an hour into gameplay). At first I thought it was the cpu temperature since it was normally into the 80s. I managed to lower the temp through bios and optimizing all cores on the AMD master app (its about 70 on idle and 80-85 in gameplay), but even after this the problem persists. I factory restored my pc and redownloaded windows 10, but even after this problem persists. Recently I decided to check the windows logs and discovered a recurring warning saying that I ran out of memory. The source for this waring is NVIDIA OpenGL driver. Can this be what is causing the FPS stuttering, and if so, how can I fix this? I will attach a photo of the waring I get. If someone can help me figure this out or point me in the right direction It would be great, specially since this has been a very frustrating experience due to the fact I have no idea how to fix this and what is going on.

Hello PlatypusExpensive715, and thank you for your submission to Gaming PC! If you are new please check out our rules over at the wiki [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/gamingpc/wiki/rules)!
We have recently added the useful feature of Title Flair! You can set this manually by clicking Flair under your post once you have submitted your post, but if you missed it in the rules there is a much better way that will automatically flair your post!

To do this simply add what your post is about in brackets before your title. For example for a Build Log you can type [Build Log] before your post so that it looks like this; [Build Log]My new awesome build!, and the bot will automatically set your flair to Build Log! This works for Build Log, Build Showcase, News, Hardware News, Hardware Release, Discussion, and Miscellaneous!

Also remember that this is a place for discussing and sharing our love of Gaming Computers! This is NOT the place for help building or determining what parts you should buy, that is better suited for /r/buildapc. Troubleshooting questions should be directed to /r/techsupport. Thank you again!

Have you installed all of the necessary drivers for your pc? Specifically the graphics drivers?
