Spray God?

i was rewatching the demo of a FaceIT level 9 destroying us and noticed that the guy kept getting headshots without actually aiming for the head.

just curious if this a skill issue or something sussy happening here. i'm still new to the game (level 4) and trying to learn.

notice his spray pattern as well – straight (almost robotic) vertical and horizontal lines.
