Any dungeon crawling RPG games with the spirit of Dungeon Food, the anime?

I have been following the anime recently and it sparked something in me. While I’d much rather have a direct Dungeon Food game, I reckon they’ll somehow make it a fighting game and kill it entirely (seriously…).

So I’d rather ask you guys: any dungeon crawling game with the same input? Where you go down a dense dungeon with different monsters but also checkpoints and point of interest (like Dungeon Taverns, the room with golems with soil on them, a room to wash yourself and rest, etc.)?
Basically an RPG where there is equal part fighting and equal part surviving and managing resources down a dungeon.

I know it might seem a lot. But if you have any name I’d be glad to hear! Something similar that I’ve come across when I was young, it was named Dungeon Maker, but I’m looking for something a bit more in third person or first person, where you “are” the character.
