I am old player of PUBG Mobile but do to some personal reasons i did not played the game for some time and when i came back after couples of month i notice that there is so much changing in my profile name etc and when i properly checked it came into my knowledge that there is someone playing with my id and he is login to my account dont know how but he added his facebook to my ID and i could not able to remove that currently i have email access of my account and i email this matter to pubg authorites but they did not respond i have proof of screenshots of first time purchasing of uc etc. Is there anything i could do ? because PUBG officials are not responding to my mails.
