I can’t really make any suggestions on this issue other than reinstalling GeForce Experience. Personally, I don’t have GeForce Experience on my PC at all anymore just to better optimize. GeForce Experience is quite bloaty and the overlay can lower performance quite a bit. It can also automatically “optimize” your games for you but that just means it sets your graphics settings to the highest degree that it thinks your PC can handle. Not great.
If you can tolerate finding another software to check temps, gpu/cpu usage, power output, etc, I would just uninstall GeForce Experience entirely. You can manually install new driver updates directly from the website. I would use MSI afterburner for any performance adjusting/overclocking. It measures performance too but there’s probably other free software that does that better.
