Not sure how I even got 2 of them but I'm having a difficult time completing the rest to unlock the riot shield.
Any tips, tricks, loadouts I can use to unlock would be helpful?
P.S I don't have MW3, so multiplayer and zombies isn't an option.

Try plunder , drop in with a melee class & try to get 3 unsuspecting players.
Secondly try to do it in resurgence , melee will need to be bought with load out drop however so plunder maybe your best bet
Edit: keep count during your life & be patient !!
You can easily unlock it in DMZ – I could drop one for you a bit later today. DMZ is free and can be used to unlock pretty much every MW2 gun.
Plunder, stay in the plane and let it drop you in automatically at the edge. Kill AFK players. If another player is there killing people and younget killed, just try it again.
Or, play shipment or a similar small map with a good corner to sit in with your shield blocking you. Someone runs by, get em real quick and then get back to where you were. I did most of mine this way.

Lockdown. It is so easy to get it done in 1 to 2 games. just attack the occupied sites.
